I sent it back and the refund came through, it just took a Few days. overall, not really a hassle.

I ended up looking through this while I was just killing a little time, and there were a lot of choices to browse. I wasn’t even totally sure what I wanted at first, but the variety made it easy to keep looking around and compare different options.

Not gonna lie, I was surprised at how fast my order from topflightstamps.com showed up.
I figured it might take a little while, but it got here in just a few days. The packaging was solid too, with no damage or anything sketchy going on.
Overall, I’m happy with how smooth it was. I’d definitely order again if I need more stamps.

The stamps looked good and were pretty much exactly like the photos. No real complaints there. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but they got here fine, so yeah.

I ordered these stamps expecting them to show up in normal condition, but nope, they came bent because the packaging was way too thin. I know they’re just stamps, but I was a little horrified. How does something this flat still get messed up in the mail? They really need better protection for shipping.

They were decent. Not bad overall. A few stamps came a little bent, though. So yeah. Quality was kind of hit or miss.

The stamps arrived with bent corners and a few stains, which was disappointing. Maybe I’m being a little too picky, but I expected them to be in better condition.

I ordered a few stamp sets from Topflight Stamps, and the package actually showed up quickly, so at first I was happy with it. The weird part is, once I opened it, one of the items was missing and another stamp set was a totally different design than the one I picked.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and I had to explain the issue more than once before it felt like we were on the same page. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I did expect the order to be packed more accurately.

The site’s been good for me. I haven’t really run into any problems, so I guess I can’t complain. If anything, I blame them for making it easy to use

Shipping was fine and everything showed up in good shape, so I can’t complain about that part. What bothered me more was that the whole thing felt really impersonal, like there was no actual human contact at any point, just automated updates and nothing more.
Maybe some collectors won’t mind that, but between the higher prices and the lack of any real customer interaction, I don’t think I’d order again unless the prices came down

I had to reach out about my order, the customer service was frustrating. The replies took forever, and when they did answer, it didn’t really feel like they were paying attention. I kept having to repeat the same thing, which got old fast. The stamps turned out fine in the end, but the whole back-and-forth with support made the experience way more annoying than it needed to be. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t call it a good experience either

I tried to check out, but the page was loading super slowly and my cart refreshed twice 🙃 I did finally get my payment through, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest experience

Had to check in twice about my refund, which was kind of annoying. It did come through eventually, just took longer than I expected. Better updates would’ve helped.
